Video course: Att planera och bygga nonkluderande
A free lecture series on planning and building nonclusively, from the Syntax of Equality project. In Swedish.
What it is
Att planera och bygga nonkluderande – Gestaltningsprinciper, stödjande kvalitéer och hindrande tankefigurer (Planning and building nonclusively: design principles, supporting qualities, and hindering thought-figures) is a free lecture series we produced in the Syntax of Equality project, for people working in Swedish planning and building processes.
The series walks through design principles, the qualities that support equality in built space, and the recurring thought-figures that hinder it. It is held in Swedish. The ideas it teaches are the same ones this site describes in English under Key ideas and How-to.
Eight episodes, about 75 minutes in total: an introduction, Universal Design, nonclusion, design principles, supporting qualities, hindering thought-figures, texts beyond “us and them”, and a closing episode.
